1. Primarily responsible for CNC mold programming, with relevant experience in mold electrodes, templates, etc.

2. Assist team members in completing programming tasks.

3. Maintenance and upkeep of processing equipment

1. Assist the sales support manager in sales performance, supporting related daily planning, organization, leadership, control, and other management tasks.

2. Responsible for receiving customer orders and replying with delivery dates based on the urgency of the orders.

3. Responsible for reconciliation, collection of payments, and tracking of logistics information.

1. Responsible for developing process flow diagrams and ensuring their effectiveness.

2. Responsible for timely monitoring of the product manufacturing process and promptly improving the process flow when problems arise.

3. Responsible for work related to the operation of the company system.

1. Responsible for handling customer complaints, organizing relevant departments to study and analyze them, and developing solutions to prevent similar complaints from occurring;

2. Responsible for following up with various departments on the rectification of customer complaints;

3. Responsible for coordinating deductions and appeals arising from quality issues;

4. Responsible for establishing a customer complaint ledger and submitting it to superiors for review.

1. Proficient in office software and able to use various Excel functions and formulas skillfully;

2. Candidates with relevant warehouse management experience will be given priority consideration.

Job Responsibilities：

Job requirements:
